The Celestial Dragon Form is Master Damian Neve's indoor family form. The Celestial Dragon Short Form is our system's 2nd level form. Our first level form is the Baby Dragon Infinity Form, taught in our Yang Style Tai Chi classes. The Celestial Dragon Short Form includes advanced stepping and hand techniques, along with body coiling, to maximize power generation. The Celestial Dragon Short Form was developed to train you in all the techniques and positions required to perform Push Hands at a high level.
