Unlock greater mobility, balance, and strength with this one-hour weekly class focused on stretching and conditioning designed specifically for Tai Chi practitioners. Register for this class if you are attending in-person. The online class has a different registration which will include the Zoom link.

This class will delve into targeted stretches and conditioning exercises to increase flexibility, improve alignment, and build the core strength essential for powerful Tai Chi movement. Ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners, each session will explore key areas of the body where Tai Chi practitioners commonly experience tension or tightness, enhancing your ability to move smoothly, prevent injury, and deepen your practice.

Things You Will Need for the class:
  • Yoga mat. We will be doing some floor stretching and bodyweight exercises
  • Foam roller and hard ball. Rolling tight muscles is the secret to immediate improved mobility

Our Location:
We teach classes inside the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce. located in the CT Post Mall in Milford (1201 Boston Post Rd). The Chamber is located on the first floor directly below LA Fitness, on the East Town Rd side of the mall (opposite end from Target). You can park on the first floor and enter where the children play area is or you can park on the 2nd floor by LA Fitness and take the escalator down.
