Brand new to Tai Chi? This is the class for you. In this class we will work on Tai Chi fundamentals including:
  • Understanding alignment
  • How to shift and transfer weight
  • Tai Chi movement mechanics
  • How to relax tense muscles while increasing whole body power
  • Simple Tai Chi exercise drills
The Tai Chi fundamentals in this class will prepare you for all the Tai Chi forms in our system including the Baby Dragon Infinity Form, the 8 Energies 5 Directions (Ba Fa Wu Bu) Form, and the Yang Style 24 Form.
