This our system's first level form. It is based on the first 5 movements from the Yang Long Form (Opening, Ward Off, Grasping Sparrow's Tail, Single Whip, Play the Lute) looping the sequence on right and left sides. This form will provide you the foundational understanding of our system's method of body geometry and alignment and power generation to prepare you for the advanced Celestial Dragon Short Form. All the movements in this form were developed through Push Hands applications use cases and mastery of this form will give you proficiency in Push Hands.
Our Location:
We teach classes inside the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce. located in the CT Post Mall in Milford (1201 Boston Post Rd). The Chamber is located on the first floor directly below LA Fitness, on the East Town Rd side of the mall (opposite end from Target). You can park on the first floor and enter where the children play area is or you can park on the 2nd floor by LA Fitness and take the escalator down.
