Our Qigong & Mobility class is a moving meditation and exercise class to improve the body's blood and energy circulation while strengthening the body and improving mobility.
In this class we will go over:
- Stretches and exercises to improve body alignment, mobility, and strength
- Foam rolling for myofascial release and muscle recovery
- Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin (8 Section Brocade) routine
- Health Qigong 12 Movements of Dao Yin routine
- Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing (Tendon Changing Exercises) routine
- Health Qigong Five Animals Pay routine
Class Requirements:
- Wear comfortable clothing that can move with you
- No outdoor shoes in the training room. Wear thin sole shoes with wide toe box, socks, or be barefoot.
- Equipment needed: yoga mat, foam roller, hard ball (preferably with spikes)
